    The resort itself is beautiful, and the surroundings are amazing, but the service was honestly one of the worst parts of our trip. From check-in, the staff seemed irritated and unwelcoming. The room was not properly cleaned, the balcony was covered with lizard droppings, there was no water until checkout, and we also experienced a power outage. What was most disappointing was hearing the receptionist call us “OA” on loudspeaker while discussing our transportation request. We were polite throughout our stay and were simply asking for a change in pickup time and the change from our payment. Being talked about and mocked by staff members is completely unacceptable. Hospitality is not just about having a beautiful property it’s about treating guests with respect. Sadly, despite the nice location, the poor service, lack of professionalism, and disrespectful treatment completely overshadowed our stay. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this place.

    Manage your expectations. The resort is quite old and requires improvements, such as the doors, shower, sink, etc. The beach area is awesome, but during our stay, too much trash was being washed ashore.
