    Context: - Stayed here for 5 nights - Arrived late night (~11:30pm) on 1st night The Bad - Airport transfer was upon my email and sms request. In sms, it was mentioned ₱600, while in email and in the desk upon arrival it was ₱400. Driver has paper with my name at the exit of Panglao Airport. - As per an earlier reviewer, s/he mentioned that keycard can be used to access other rooms. I tested it out in one of the rooms in the same building, and it really worked. This is very alarming for security and safety. - Marketing strategy mentioned 2 units left but when we arrived and stayed there, I and another person I was with were the only customers. - Indicated free shuttle to Alona beach per schedule upon 1 hour in advance of request, but we contacted front desk 1.5hrs before the agreed time and no one showed up to pick us up. - Faucet handles are plastic and was difficult to turn knob if hands are with soap - Upon opening the faucet, a smell releases for the first few seconds but subsides on continuous flow of water - No dishwashing soap for provided kitchenware - For solo travelers, walking from hotel to Alona beach is sketchy. I recommend renting along the street of Hennan Hotel or McDo - No telephone or intercom connected to front desk - Food establishments are 10 to 20minutes away through walking - TV in the common area has broken screen - No aircon in common area - No ramp on front desk and unit's buildings for luggages The Good - Has card terminal for payment at frontdesk - Beautiful pathway - From previous reviewers indicated no toiletries. Upon arrival, there are towels (looks old and so used up), toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and soap (without label but in attached containers in the bathroom) - With plates, utensils, scissors, knife, electric kettle, microwave - 24/7 available man in front desk because they stay in the room beside the counter - Airport transfer was on call but depending on driver's availability - 1 open luggage can fit in 1 room

    We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. the plated breakfast ordered from Chada was filling. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. it can be better if they have table and chair or a small sofa inside the room to make up for the space. The shampoo and body wash container were defective but it did not bother us because we brought our own toiletries. the miniref was not working too. the floor was little bit dusty when we checked in. The scenery and ambience was okay. the best thing about the hotel are their friendly staff. the location is in tawala and walking to alona beach was somehow tiring for me. they offer free tuktok but we just learned it the day we checked out. We still enjoyed our stay even if there had been a little hiccups. If you want peace and quite, stay then you can enjoy this place.

    This place could do a lot better if maintenance and cosmetics were carried out. It is dated, but functional for the price. My room was ground floor,but other guests use upper floor of same entrance and common/kitchen area. Ac overflow pipe constantly tap tap tap all night on corrugated roof of my bedroom.. not peaceful as my building was number 1, closest to road and you hear some local traffic. Surrounded by local shacks. Positives, ac perfect, hot water in shower, clean sheets and rooms. Pool looked ok, but never used.
