    The agoda shows parking as top facilities Whereas front desk and manager said agoda has not updated that they don't have parking Parking was the only issue here as I have to pay extra Rest other things were nice ๐Ÿ‘ Breakfast is good Recommended if you.are not taking your own vechile or ready to pay at parking extra (parking lady is greedy)

    Booked based on good Google reviews, but it was a big letdown. Early check-in was allowed around 12 pm, but the room had no shampoo, no shower gel, and no towels when I arrived. The air conditioning remote originally had no batteries. After I asked for new ones, we discovered the AC unit itself was completely broken โ€” it only blew hot air instead of cooling the room. The staff member insisted on trying it himself. He tested the original remote plus different controls from other rooms and spent nearly 30 minutes inside my room late at night before finally admitting it was faulty. In the end, we had no choice but to stay without any air conditioning. His boss suggested the ultimate solution was simply giving us a fan and promising a discount. It was already very late, so I told him we would discuss the discount the next day. The following morning, the staff member just pretended not to see me and no discount was ever given. Definitely not a good experience in terms of room condition as well as staff attitude. Would not stay here again.
