    Pros: Air conditioning and fan are generally good. Although one air conditioner was faulty, the living room air conditioner was strong enough to cool the entire area. Extra single bed provided in the master bedroom. Washing machine and dryer are available, which is very convenient. Lifts are fast. Internet connection is fast and stable. Iron works well. Iron board is small (hostel-style) need to change but usable. Cons: Service is not very good due to the absence of a reception counter. Guests are asked to inform arrival time. Upon arrival, guests need to show a QR code to security and then need to contact the owner themselves. There is a waiting time for the person in charge to come, which is inconvenient. (We waited about 20 minutes due to another guest arrived earlier) Sofa is quite old. WhatsApp communication is poor. Questions are answered with “will check,” but there is no follow-up, making it discouraging to ask further questions. Conclusion: The unit has good basic facilities and convenience, but the check-in process and communication need significant improvement to provide a better guest experience.
