    I rarely leave bad reviews, but this hotel truly disappointed me. 1. Booking Issue: Despite confirming my reservation early, the hotel somehow forgot my booking. Email not replied and msg took them few days to revert. Instead of giving discount but I have to pay full for small rooms with sharing toilets of 4 adults. Room was cramp. 2. Cleanliness: The room condition was unacceptable – not properly cleaned, smelly oven, and carpet is so dirty and overall poor hygiene. For the price charged, this is completely unworthy. 3. Service Attitude: Always rushing and even have to pay for my carpark after the mistake done. A hotel should never compromise on basic cleanliness and respecting confirmed bookings. Sadly, both were missing here. Definitely not recommended, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously for the sake of future guests.

    The units are spacious and well-ventilated, with modern finishes. However, parking can be an issue,its RM110 for 2 night. Additionally, the location was good. Overall, it’s a great place for families and professionals looking for a comfortable and secure residence in the city.
