They say if have any stain at bedsheet or any damage they cant refund.. but my mother say she never use any yellow color or nothing else at towel.. after she check out they come to room and check and the staff send picture of towel .. like got some yellow stain on towel.. and then my home back to hotel told them to show the stain towel.. but they never showed and say talk to my boss.. this is very bullshit hotel… why u never wash your towels or what? If u want money update your room price dont take money like this.. why if a indian stay at your hotel must got any yellowish… why they cant be green blue or what.. very poor experience.. and this is my first time experience at self check in hotel.. guys next time before check out pls double confirm with the cleaning staff on your own eyes.. dont trust them.. that’s it..
