    I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the hotel room and would like to file a formal complaint. The room was in an unacceptable state upon arrival. There was dust everywhere, indicating that the room had not been properly cleaned for some time. the floor mat was filthy and unhygienic. The toilet and wash basin were dirty, with visible signs of poor maintenance and inadequate housekeeping. The condition of the room was far below what any paying guest should reasonably expect. I paid for a clean and comfortable stay, but instead was presented with a room that was dirty, poorly maintained, and unacceptable for occupancy
