    Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to formally complain about the terrible experience during my stay at your resort. First of all, the room hygiene is extremely poor. Gecko droppings were found in every corner of the room. There were obvious stains on the wash basin, and the towels were also covered with dirt marks and looked very unclean. After my daughter woke up, she developed red rashes on both hands and suffered from severe itching all over her body, which was most likely caused by the unhygienic facilities. Secondly, the swimming pool was in a disgusting condition. Many dead small fish and black residues settled at the bottom of the pool, making it totally unfit for use. In addition, the surrounding environment is dim and dark. When I arrived after dinner, the street lamps provided very limited light, which felt unsafe. Lastly, your service is unreasonable. I requested a late check-out until 1 PM, but a female manager asked me to pay an extra RM10 for one extra hour, counting the time starting from 12 PM. I am extremely disappointed with your resort’s hygiene and service. I hope you can look into these problems seriously and give me a proper reply and solution. Yours sincerely, Room no:333
