I booked a Deluxe Room with city view. The room was indeed big, but it was ruined when I found a wet patch in the middle of the bed, like it was urine. I paid RM180 for it. It felt totally not worth it. In the bathroom, there were kids’ clothes and underwear hanging to dry. It felt really gross. I was offered to move to another room, but the new room was even smaller than the first one, and there was no TV in the room. I’ve already lost out because I paid RM180. I asked for a discount since I got a smaller room, but they said it wasn’t possible. They said the TV wasn’t available yet because it’s a new room. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock from the outside. The door lock was that old-school "slack" type. There was no kettle in the room either. I had to go down to request one, and when I got it, it was dirty. The smell in the room? Really bad… not fresh at all. It smelled musty. -——————————————- Saya book Deluxe Room city view. Bilik memang besar, tapi spoil habis bila nampak ada tompok basah tengah katil macam air kencing. Harga RM180, rasa tak berbaloi langsung. Dalam bilik air pula ada baju budak dan seluar dalam yang sidai. Rasa geli. Bila minta tukar bilik, dapat bilik yang lagi kecil dari bilik pertama dan tiada TV. Saya dah rugi bayar RM180. Minta diskaun sebab dapat bilik kecil tapi katanya tak boleh. Alasan diberi sebab bilik baru, TV belum sampai lagi. Pintu bilik air pun tak ada lock dari luar. Kunci guna jenis lama "slack". Kettle pun tak ada dalam bilik. Kena turun bawah request, bila dapat pun kotor. Bau bilik? Sangat tak best... tak wangi. Bau kepam. Saya berharap pihak hotel dapat mengambil tindakan dan penambahbaikan segera.
