    The location was extremely hard to find, and they dint answer the phone if you need to get in contact with them. The address in Agoda is incorrect and will take you to a chained door location on a different block. I was left stranded walking the CDMX streets alone at 12am looking for the location. The common areas are cute but the rooms are not as pictured. Fridge didnt work, no tissue or garbage can in the room, and window wouldn't close, so it was freezing at night when I arrived. The sheets were dingy and the bed feels like a brick. The morning after I arrived, i went to shower, and there was no running water and I had to leave and find another stay. They have since ghosted me and will not respond or refund my money for a stay I didnt complete because of their water issue. They lack integrity and professionalism and would NEVER recommend anyone to stay here! Having no running water on vacation at a hotel was the poorest experience i have ever had while traveling. Do mot stay here- also Agoda hasnt rectified the issue either so think twice about booming on this platform.
