    Do not get fooled by photos. It is not what you see in photos, there’s a lot of potential, but not managed properly. Rooms and washrooms are not maintained properly. There was a spider in our room. Food was not good.

    Totally disappointed with our stay. The official check-in time is 2:00 PM, and we arrived around 2:30 PM, yet our room was not ready until 3:00 PM. Additionally, there were no towels provided until 6:00 PM, which is completely unacceptable. There seems to be a clear lack of maintenance and staff. The swimming pool was dirty and not properly cleaned, and the pool deck was broken, which felt unsafe. Although the property has a beautiful view, the service and facilities did not meet our expectations at all. Not recommended.
