We love our stay at this rental. First of all, it was clean, clean, clean. Which is such a relief! In our experience, this is unique for house rentals. The beds were comfortable. Water temperature and pressure was great. We didn't use it, but it was nice to have the option of the washer and dryer. Air conditioner worked great in all the rooms. The wifi was easy to connect to and has a great signal. The smart TVs worked well. We really appreciated having both a Kuerig and traditional coffee pot available! Kitchen appliances worked great. There was even ice in the freezer, a nice perk to have.
The outside was beautiful! Having access and a view of the river was awesome! The back porch and patio had plenty of seating options. The stairs getting from the house to the back patio were a combination of wood and rock, so my parents had to be real careful with their steps. But we made it just fine.
My husband went down to the river and fished from the bank. A lot of stairs to get all the way down, but they were in good condition and we are grateful to have the option instead of just a grassy hill to walk down. There was a small, grate-like platform that was on the property attached to a tree at the edge of the river. It was a bit wobbly, but it worked fine for him to fish from. Our fishing guide (Joe's Guide Service) said he could pick us up and drop us off right from there if we wanted.
We liked the easily marked driveway and that it was a blacktop. Made it very easy to find and navigate.
I do wish there was a dumpster with a lid outside for trash. When we went there was just a big barrel with no lid on the back porch, so animals easily got to the bags.
We will definitely be back and stay here again! Highly recommend.

The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The beautiful steps are in need of some repairs but we were still able to enjoy coffee in the upper deck and watch the trout fishermen in the morning fog. Very peaceful. There are a few details in the house that need some TLC but we would come again. The key pad was not consistent and the door remained locked the whole time requiring a free hand to enter every time -a small detail. May need to check the batteries
