We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.
The location was excellent, with a Lotte Mart nearby, as well as many restaurants and a nice park within easy reach. There is also a great outlet mall nearby, which is worth visiting, although you will need to take a taxi to get there.
The staff at the front desk were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We were especially impressed by the elevator maintenance technician, who kindly helped carry our luggage downstairs and went out of his way to assist us.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So on top of the room fee you pay an amount to fill up the pool in the room and then get a free top up of warm water. Our kids had an amazing two days so it was worth the price for us.

We paid for a premium room with a kids pool inside the room. On arrival we were told we can't use it. We weren't offered a refund. That was very disappointing.
