    Really spacious and comfortable, beautiful room. We asked for an ocean view with partial views of other rooms, which was fine. Service is really good, from check in to additional amenities, and problem solving. Please note they don’t have room service, and pool and sauna entry is add’l fee, but since the pools are small this seemed like a good way to control crowding. Highly recommend!

    Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Cassia Sokcho. The location by the sea was one of the best parts of the stay. It was very relaxing to walk around the hotel area and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The food was also very good. I enjoyed dining at Horizon Restaurant, and the morning breakfast buffet had a good selection and was enjoyable. The staff provided good service overall, although they were not always very friendly. A few staff members seemed to have an attitude, which slightly affected the experience. English communication could also be improved, as some staff were not very fluent in English. Apart from these small issues, the hotel was comfortable and relaxing, and overall I enjoyed my stay.

    This hotel seemed more like a large no frill hotel than 5 star (As advertised on Google) Pros 1. Room view was stunning 2. Great location Cons 1. Rooms have basic facility of an apartment hotel 2. Even the lobbies are not heated. Which is an issue in winters 3. The breakfast restaurant is small compared to size of hotel. One morning we were gi en time slots to come and in other we had to wait 20 mins to eat breakfast 4. Everything is chargeable including using swimming pools Its surely not value for money. Its nicely made by Its not remotely close to a 5 star or a 3 star service
