    My top three place in my lifetime and almost everything was perfect except the staffs working at the lobby doesn’t want to be there. They were not rude but not vert friendly

    It was booked up. Only things as a family is if staff at vista could give options to people to come and check for space availability for breakfast rather then refusing to come due to booking. First day manager was really helpful by accommodating us for breakfast by allowing us to come early at 6:30am so we could go for our big hike with kids. We had little kids and wanted food options. Second day we were refused and told it’s fully booked but apparently last minute lot of people did not show up. It was sad to see we were not allowed. But Horizon lounge chef and manager really made up. They made a dish specially for us which was not in their menu. We really appreciated their hospitality and would highly recommend.

    This hotel seemed more like a large no frill hotel than 5 star (As advertised on Google) Pros 1. Room view was stunning 2. Great location Cons 1. Rooms have basic facility of an apartment hotel 2. Even the lobbies are not heated. Which is an issue in winters 3. The breakfast restaurant is small compared to size of hotel. One morning we were gi en time slots to come and in other we had to wait 20 mins to eat breakfast 4. Everything is chargeable including using swimming pools Its surely not value for money. Its nicely made by Its not remotely close to a 5 star or a 3 star service
