The location is practical to get to wherever you need to go, either by bus or subway. Some customers were a bit noisy during the night, but not the fault of the owners. The only slight downside was the cigarette smell that came from the bathroom for a few days. I suspect one of the clients may have been smoking inside (although it's prohibited) and the smell made its way through the bathroom ventilation system. However, by keeping the bathroom door closed and the ventilation system on, it mitigated this issue.

Overall, I had a decent stay here. The room was small and cozy, and basic essentials like towels and a hairdryer were provided. A few things to keep in mind: the property is entirely self-service, and there is no washing machine on-site. The room lighting leans very warm/yellow, which made it a bit tricky to do makeup, and the window is quite small. Additionally, during the last few days of my stay, there was a noticeable cigarette smell coming into the room. Accessibility-wise, there is no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up to the second floor or higher can be a workout. That said, the location is fantastic! It’s within easy walking distance to the Han River, subway station, and several bus stops. I would definitely recommend this place for short-term stays if you travel light and don't need laundry facilities.

Great location. Big comfy and clean room. The hot water was luke warm at best. Would recommend to family and friends.

Booked this for the MS discharge of BTS members, so I don’t have to travel far. Pretty convenient for that purpose. But it’s difficult if you have a huge luggage since they don’t have elevators and unfortunately, no bidet also.
