There was a very friendly reception guy, he has a dad-bod. He did his best to give me the best welcome and service, I’m an English speaker and he communicated well with me. My driver got lost going to the location and we had to call him for directions, he helped us really well. I had so much luggage and was struggling to tap my key card for doors and he would see me coming and just open the doors, It’s small gestures like these that make a person’s stay pleasant. When I checked out there were other staff members, I struggled opening the doors and they didn’t help nor say bye or hello. Also, you would need to have a car for that place, it’s pretty isolated, or request a taxi. I would recommend the place just because of that one friendly reception guy, oh, and the cleaning staff too they are friendly, the rooms are also clean.
