I have stayed here twice. it is right across the road from the ferry terminal, so very convenient. the rooms are so clean! comfortable beds, a kettle with tea or instant coffee, small fridge with juice and water, a cute amenities pack. there is a little dining area off the lobby, but I don't know if they serve. there's a convenience store a couple blocks away toward the square.

We booked here because we thought it's proximity to the international port was right in front. However it moved 3 years ago. So it ended up being a 25 minute bus ride from the hotel. The hotel workers themselves are amazing. Very kind and helped us with everything. It's clean and warm with a midday checkout.

It is rated as 1 star motel but room is very clean and well maintained. Pricing is exceptionally low. Just across the street from boat terminal from/to west sea islands.

*Check-in & Service
The lady at the front desk (possibly the owner) was very welcoming. At check-in, she was upfront in telling me that the room I booked was extremely small. When I saw the room, she was right—it was even smaller than the photos suggest. I asked if she could upgrade me, but she explained that the hotel was fully booked. She also mentioned that she usually doesn’t place guests in that tiny room unless they’re sold out, and normally upgrades people to larger rooms. I’m not sure if that was completely true, but she came across as genuine.
*Room & Facilities
I only stayed for one night, and since I just needed a place to sleep, the size didn’t bother me much. The room itself was clean, the bed was fresh, bathroom spotless, air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi speed was solid (26 Mbps download, 14 Mbps upload).
*Location
The hotel is directly across from the domestic ferry/cruise terminal, making it very convenient for travelers catching a ferry. The surrounding area has a lot of Chinese restaurants but is known to be a bit rundown, especially since it’s close to Chinatown.
*Overall
For a short stay, this hotel is a good option if cleanliness and convenience are your top priorities. However, the single small room is very tight—if you’re a male traveler, I’d recommend avoiding it, or booking it with the intention of asking for an upgrade if availability allows.
