The hotel is nice. We reached there at 8 pm and we don’t have any problems in check in. However I specified while booking through agoda that i need room at higher floor but they provided us rooms on 2 nd floor. That is the only complaint i have otherwise the staffs are really good. When we asked for two extra blanket as we were feeling cold at midnight, they provided us with two blankets which is really a nice gesture. Overall my stay with my family and my 10 month old baby is nice! Thank you!

It's spacious (w/ a twin size bed) and very warm. Everything that you need in a hotel is there (except for food, but there's a convenience store just behind it).

I have only positive things to say about my stay here! I attended a conference on a limited budget and was pleasantly surprised by the affordable price per night. The hotel had everything needed for a comfortable stay: a large bathroom, big TV, a welcome hygiene package, and all the amenities one could ask for.
The location was also a big plus. Sungui Station is just a 5-minute walk away, with a convenient store right around the corner. But the highlight was definitely the staff. Despite some language challenges, they were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help, often using translation apps to communicate. I was especially grateful when they arranged a taxi to Incheon Airport for me and my colleague at 4 a.m., easing our concerns about transportation that early.
Overall, a wonderful stay for a single traveler in Incheon. Highly recommended!

I stayed for 5 days my room was never cleaned or bedding changed. I had to ask for fresh towels and refills for coffee and tea. The staff are very nice and friendly m. The room was nice too just not taken care of.
