Location was great. Room was comfortable and the porch outside was great. Bed was very comfortable and I was able to make my own coffee (barely).
Calling it an apartment is a stretch. I was able to make coffee and oatmeal in the morning. The teeny-tiny refrigerator kept things cold but filled up with water on the bottom.

Don Antonio was very hospitable and cheerful. The room was large and clean with a nice balcony. The housekeeper was the sweetest. Great location in town near everything. I really had a great stay here.
Nights were very cold for me, so I had to use towels as blanket over my sheets and this was fine.

Don Antonio is a wonderful host, he is very kind and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, the location is very close to everything.
The bathroom could benefit from a fan :)

Owner was very nice and quick to respond always. Location was good and room clean.
Wifi did not work well enough to be usable. Beds mattress was not good so consider that if booking and need a good one to sleep. Walls are thin and the ATVs taxis drive are loud in Holbox, this might be an issue in all the places in Holbox, bring earplugs.
