    Room is clean. Location is convenient. Within walking distance, shopping, eating and train stations. All staff are friendly and professional. They also helped me to reserve restaurants.

    Bad Quality Renovation, Poor Soundproofing & Unreasonable Charges I had a very disappointing stay at Canopy by Hilton Osaka Umeda. The hotel renovation and facilities are poorly done, especially for a hotel at this price point. Soundproofing is extremely bad — throughout the stay, we could hear constant strange knocking and noises, which made it difficult to rest or sleep properly. What made the experience worse were the unreasonable and excessive fine charges. Smokers should be extremely cautious. We were charged 126,551 yen for a smoking-related fine, which was not clearly or upfront disclosed during the stay. This amount is shockingly high and feels unfair without proper transparency. Overall, the stay did not match expectations at all. Poor facilities, bad sound insulation, and unclear penalty policies. Definitely not worth the price, and I would advise future guests to be very careful.
