We enjoyed our stay here. The room was a good size, but the bathroom was on the smaller side. The room was clean and included the towels and yukata for the onsen. The only thing that could have been better was having the ability to control the temperature in our room. It was a bit warm for our liking, but the AC is centrally controlled, so we opened the window to let in the cool air. The breakfast was better than many we've had because it included the specialties of the region. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay and we'd love to return.

This was a very bad experience. All the restaurants outside the hotels are closed either by 5:00pm or not open at all. The only in-house restaurant served only buffet dinner to the tour group. When my wife and I requested for À la carte as we only need a light meal, the staff said they only served buffet, and the price is JPY7,000 per person. The in-house restaurant refused to provide any light meal for us. Imagine that at this moment, we were hungry and the weather outside was very cold, and we have no choice but to go out to hunt for food, anyone who are in this situation would feel very upset.

Hotel not far from train station just 7 minutes walk and got very nice Onsen indoor and outdoor too.
