    The staff were quite helpful in helping us clean the BBQ after use and we liked the location as it's right next to the zoo.

    Finally did glamping at Izu Shaboten Village. Everything was so well thought of for the BBQ and campfire dinner. Staff were friendly and so helpful. We left a fleece jacket and cap at the tent. After communication with the staff, they helped to ship the items to our next hotel in Nagoya. We receievd the items the next day. Thank you so much for your help!
