We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hakuba and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers great value with breakfast included. The traditional onsen was fantastic—perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing or snowboarding. Free laundry facilities were also a big plus. There’s a basement games area with light food available from 5pm to 12am, which became a great hangout spot, especially for our teenagers. Although the hotel is a little away from the main area, this was not an issue at all as there is a very convenient shuttle bus to the different ski resorts. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone—from reception and restaurant staff to housekeeping and the shuttle driver—was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our teenage kids even made friends with some local staff and visitors in the basement area, including Yuya, Tsubasa, and their friend Cloud who came to ski. They also met Australians and exchanged contact details, and shared ski experiences, which made the trip even more memorable. We were so happy to have found this hotel. It had a warm, friendly atmosphere and felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for families especially for teens and anyone visiting Hakuba for skiing or snowboarding.

We stayed at this hotel during Golden Week and unfortunately found bugs on the sofa and floor. Additionally, the room was not clean. We were disappointed with the overall cleanliness and hope the hotel will improve its standards in the future.
