    The staff’s interaction is very formal. There are strict hotel policies that are not open to discussion. There is no flexibility in dealing with guests. There is a need to show more flexibility and make the guest feel more pampered—not just through smiles, but through actions that demonstrate care and generosity.

    We loved the stylish and luxurious design of this brand new hotel. Location is a bit off the busy areas of the city though, but everything else is perfect! Buffet breakfast was sumptuous, and the hotel even comes with a gym and sauna rooms (dry and wet). We loved our last minute booking there!

    Shower has no door, Be ready to get your toilet like a pool after taking a shower Air conditioning is preset by the hotel, You can’t change it yourself and it get turned off by itself at night They didn’t agree to give me a card instead of the one I forgot in my room because “They have limited cards” The recipient was rudely taking in the last day after we asked for late checkout The parking is very small and only for electric cars and the main parking in outside under the sun and unpaved The price is way too high in regards of what you get Also unfortunately, A cat gave a birth in the parking, I tried my best to save the little kittens lives but the workers just put some dust on it in early morning so she had to change the kittens place and I believe they were dead during that. I don’t recommend the place at all
