    We had booked a sea-view room facing the cliff, but upon arrival, we were informed that it was unavailable. Instead, we were assigned a ground-floor room that was located far from the cliff. Our concern is that the room provided did not match the sea-view room we had specifically booked, which was disappointing.

    I recently stayed at this hotel after booking a Premium Sea View Room through Agoda, based on the photos and description shown online. The room advertised looked spacious, with wide windows and a beautiful sea view. Unfortunately, the actual experience was completely different. The room we received was smaller than a standard deluxe room, with a very small balcony and a rusted sliding door that was difficult to open. The so-called "sea view" was disappointing and nowhere close to what was shown in the pictures. There was no premium feel to the room at all. When we raised this concern with the hotel staff and manager, their response was that this was indeed their Premium Sea View Room. They also mentioned that Agoda had used different photos and suggested that we complain to Agoda instead. This felt unprofessional and dismissive. Cleanliness was poor, service and response from staff were disappointing, and there wasn't even complimentary breakfast included. Considering we paid ₹4,392 (after Agoda discount), the stay was absolutely not worth the money. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this property if you're expecting what is shown in the online listing. ( One important thing future guests should know is that there appears to be only one room in the property that actually matches the photos being displayed under the "Premium Sea View Room" category. However, other rooms with only a slight or partial sea view are also being sold under the same category, which creates misleading expectations for guests booking based on the listing photos.)
