Every thing was very good but the smell around was very bad.May be there is a sugar factory in the vicinity and hence the smell of molasses was awful.The property otherwise excellent and very well maintained.Service was also excellent.

We left late from Mumbai so reached the property at 3.30 am At first glance, it's a nice looking property with an option to be a great property. Good and clean room with basic requisites that are expected from a 4 star room. List of issues 1. Cold water spouts have hot water. When we complained, we were asked to turn the cold water knob to the right. We told them that this was not our first time in a Hotel in a 4 star property. We invited them to come and check. 2. Engineering team tramped around in their work boots across the room. Then they went outside to check the pipes. After that they came back in using the balcony door of the room. My wife was still not done with her toiletries. So to add to the fun, privacy expectations were trashed. 3. There is no knob for the shower. And if you want to take a shower, you have to push the button over the water tap for continuous water flow. 4. Complaints about the water were followed by a reiterated statement that we have to checkout at 10 am. 5. At 9 am, construction started at the back of our unit, making it impossible to have a decent conversation. All issue have led us to have an irritable experience. This is not a great start on what is supposed to be a leisure trip. Not happy with the customer Experience with this property.
