Hotel is at good location. Staff behavior is good. Washroom is not neat and clean. Towel is very embarassing which provided by hotel. Left all is ok in this price.

1. The room size: 20 feet x 15 feet. Bathroom size 8 feet x 12 feet (approx). Large by any standard, and was a major satisfier.
2. Bed sheets were super clean (smelt of soap),
3. bathroom was clean (the toilet seat was very clean, but the outlet was not so cleanly kept).
4. The room was somewhat clean. 5. Floor with wooden veneer.
5. Water generally gushes from the pipes in the bathroom. AC works and works very well. All the above are five stars.
6. The mattress of the additional bed was of very good quality. Firm and thick. So no back pain sleeping on it.
7. The towels were super clean. Smelt fresh. Kusos.
8. Bathroom is very spacious and floor is very clean. Well lit. There is liqueid soap provided. Kudos.
Areas: of improvement: 1. Electricty out almost all the time. comes and goes. Ratan has a large generator to address the erratic electric supply from the govt. Great Job!
2. there are damp marks on the wall. please address that
3. No blanket for the additional bed. There should be banket given for the same.
4. Only one bottle 1 liter of water the first day, though number of checked in people were three. In the subsequent days, no additional water bottle was given.
5. The front desk was manned very infrequently. Please ensure that there is someone at the front desk to take care of small issues.
6. The breakfast was super bad. So did not take the breakfast after the first day. for Rs.600 rupees of breakfast value we chose to take 15 bottles of water instead. at the rate of Rs.20 per bottle could recover only Rs.300.This is a major dissatisfier. Advise people not to go for a breakfast inclusive price.
7. They don't have a kitchen, so you need to buy always from outside. They purchase even breakfast from outside. WE were provided a good supply of puris and very non-edible, and tasteless dal. Not worth it for Rs.300.
8. They don't have geyser. Neither do they provide hot water. consider that please.
9. They entrance of the hotel is not at all pleasant. WE arrived at the hotel on a rainy night, was wondering if we booked a hotel or taken for a ride and paid for a sham hotel. But after we reached the room, put on the AC, only then we figured that the hotel was good for a peaceful sleep. Very clean bed and bathroom with AC working.
