    I booked this HOTEL from agoda platform and I gone to there location along with my family but the the room where not hygienic and there was no proper air conditioning so I asked to change my room , SO THEY ASKED 800rs extra for A/C ROOM,totally I paid *** just for 1 night sleep with terrible experience, No water ,towels ,soups, and even they didn't provided us a water bottle also . More the the room they provided with extra 800rs was horrible, the roof was in spoiled position, so don't know when's it feel down on us . And at the time of check-out they asked me 100 extra for cleaning (funny )
