    Location wise hotel is very much near to the Mal chowrasta, room quality was good, spacious, neat and clean, no water shortage, except some damp wall, and malfunctioning lights. As vehicle entry isn’t allowed in the mall area, guests and their luggages are being picked up from a distant parking near Bhanu bhawan by the hotel’s porter/staff, rule is same for all the hotels situated in the mall area. However, during our trip we they kept us waiting for half an hour to pick us up from the parking, although our arrival time has been informed very much earlier. During checkout also, they refused to drop the luggage to parking area, after same has been promised earlier. We had to arrange a porter ourselves. Both the incident was a result of unprofessional behaviour of one particular staff of the hotel. Also, one thing to be noted, Hotel is situated in the 3rd floor from ground level, and lift is not available. So one have to climb the height by stair only.

    My 3 nights stay was superb. I enjoyed it thoroughly with my family. You will get all the food joints nearby the hotel. The staffs present in the hotel are well behaved and helpful. I would recommend this place for a pleasant stay. Only drawback is they don't have a lift to go to 3rd floor. Also no balcony for smoking. Food is homely here but maybe some upgradation required in taste.
