I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mirage Grand. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax while still being close to the main attractions. The food was delicious, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting McLeod Ganj.

The hotel was good overall, and the rooms were comfortable. However, the location was not very convenient. The staff were courteous but limited in number, which affected the service experience. Breakfast options were very limited, consisting only of paratha and poha, along with tea and coffee. Based on the facilities, service quality, and amenities provided, the hotel felt more like a 2-star property rather than a 4-star hotel.
