    While booking, it was mentioned as A/C room. But they offered non A/C room. Also the TV remote had a complaint, that also was not rectified even with one full day, which shows the keenness of the staff present over there. From now onwards, no Agoda search...for sure.

    We stay in this place from 15/8 - 16/8. And this stay was very peaceful and our room was very clean and spacious. A very quiet place to stay. And the lobby man was a very nice person and very helpful staff. He help us in every way he can provide his services to us. And he helped us to get our transportation as well on our last day. And also the manager there who help us thru out out stay. Communication was very good. Thanks for our stay with you all.🙏

    This is my worst stay ever had. Terrible & horrible 1. When I went to my room after Check-in I saw two cleaners sleeping on my bed. When I woke them up, they didn’t even replace the bed cover & pillows instead I was given the same bed cover tidied up rather than replacing it.Explained the receptionist regarding this, but he told he will clean in 5minutes but he never did it saying repeatedly bedsheets are clean. 2. Booked an AC room but got a Non-AC 3. Cockroaches on the bed 4. There were cool-lip & cigarettes buds on the floor scattered 5. Unclean toilets. Never stay at this property
