    Really nice pet friendly property within 10 kms of kainchi dham mandir. The property has its own vibe , good food, luxurious rooms , great staff and everything in between. The management and staff goes beyond their limit to give customer satisfaction and are really helpful and kind. Overall a nice peaceful property. I'd definitely recommend and stay again next time I visit kainchi dham .

    ⭐ 1/5 – Walked Away After Arrival My experience with Casa De Bello, Kainchi Dham was so disappointing that I chose not to stay and left immediately after reaching the property. The most shocking aspect was the access. To reach the hotel, guests have to climb approximately 75 steep and uneven stairs up a hillside. For rooms on higher floors, there are dozens more stairs to climb. This makes the property unsuitable for many travellers, especially senior citizens, families with luggage, or anyone with mobility issues. This should be prominently disclosed before booking. After reaching the property, I found that the rooms and overall condition did not meet my expectations based on the online listing. The furniture appeared old and dated, and the cleanliness standards were not what I expected from a property charging around ₹*** per night. What was even more disappointing was the handling of my refund request. I had been asked to pay 50% in advance (***) to confirm the booking. After arriving and deciding not to stay because of the issues I observed, I requested a refund. Instead of receiving a clear response, I was passed between different people. Gaurav directed me to Kuldeep, while Kuldeep said he would need to discuss the matter with management. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no satisfactory resolution. Travellers should be aware that the photos and listing may not fully convey the physical challenges of accessing this property. I chose to forfeit my stay and make alternative arrangements rather than spend a night here. Based on my experience, I would not book this property again.
