    1 location is of village approx 3 km from mall road 2 parking was good but approx 200 meters from hotel 3 furniture was is not good shape sofa and double bed back broken and make noice. 4 room service available only by your mobile or going to reception intercom not working. 5 you need atleast a fan if you walk to your hotel room but their is no fan /ac 6 privacy in room is also a matter of subject. Windows are situated in way to kitchen and other hotel facility. 7. We checked out early @7 am morning reception was closed. Tried to call several time to owner Attaendent but they not responded. 8. No market near by as it is a village area no proper connectivity to city. Taxi charges approx 300 rs one side to pick and drop. 9. Localites neighour play and make noice near rooms. 10 the hotel shows on portal name the land ends but they provide you stay in ginger grass
