Green Island Nature Stay

We stayed in tree house and concept is good. Other than that everything else is worst. You need to search for support staff, contact number not working, beddings and wardrobe were not clean, details say breakfast included but there is no food facility at all, etc There are rooms apart from one tree house. I would prefer to stay somewhere else rather than struggling here.

Property not clean. Blankets are dirty. Bed cover is dirty. No towels given at night. Ants all over. Very bad experience.

We had planned an overnight family stay with our pets and arrived in the afternoon with high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the start. The property did not appear to be professionally managed. A single staff member was handling multiple responsibilities, including reception, cooking, and general operations. We were asked to make advance payments even for basic requests such as lunch and tea. Food preparation only began after ingredients were purchased from the market, resulting in significant delays. We provided our dinner order nearly four hours in advance, yet it took an additional 1.5 hours before the food was served. Even then, the meal was poorly prepared and did not seem properly cooked. What concerned us most was the atmosphere at night. The property attracted numerous outside visitors, primarily groups of men who appeared to be there for drinking parties, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe as a family. Due to the poor service, excessive delays, and overall environment, we decided to check out without having dinner. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this property to families looking for a comfortable and professionally managed stay.
