hotel stay overall was average, but the staff—especially front office manager Sachin —made it feel like a 5-star experience.
You were on the desk morning, afternoon, evening, even late nights… handling guests, groups, check-ins—always calm, polite, and unbelievably helpful. People like you create the real culture of a place. You’re honestly a gem for the hotel.
Just sharing the room feedback too:
1. No safety lock/latch from inside.
2. Cold water tap wasn’t working properly.
3. The TV wasn’t working.
But despite all that, you made my stay comfortable—especially when I was running late for checkout because of my transit flight. You handled everything so smoothly.

Starting from the executive room i have opted the hotel management provided only the ordinary room (deluxe) not the executive room and also we opted breakfast and dinner , the food they provided is really bad on the first day for dinner, they provided rice, Dal, Chapati, sabji and the leftover was served on the very next day for dinner, as I could witness that the Rice was rotten and sticky as well regarding this, I have asked with the hotel management. The initially manage and convey that it is not an old one, but later they acknowledge himself and apologised for it. And during the stay, we couldn’t sleep well because there was some motor switched on during the day and night time as well, and we have been asked the management to switch off the motor while asking they turned off for 10 minutes and again they turning on, and this was the case for all the two nights . Definitely not a good and pleasant stay !!

Staff is good , Food was fresh and felt homely . Only the hotel is not maintained like broken locks , bathroom accessories all rusted , wash basin broken
