    I have paid extra for checkin , they were not allowing me to check in when I paid 300 then then they allowed . they said come 12 pm then we will allow you . what rubbish? ? Till 12 pm what will we do ? Where will we go ?

    Very disappointing experience. I had a fully paid and confirmed Agoda booking, but the hotel initially refused to provide the room, saying the booking amount was too low. Guests should not suffer because of pricing disputes between the hotel and Agoda. The room was also in very poor condition. The cleaning was not done properly. No towels, handwash, soap, or shampoo were provided. The bedsheet was torn, and the bathroom water supply stopped at midnight and only returned in the morning. Overall, the service was very poor, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until these issues are fixed.
