    I stayed at this beachside resort in Goa for 2 nights, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained, and the AC cooling was not effective. The washroom had no proper ventilation or exhaust fan, and basic amenities like a bathing kit, shaving kit, and dental kit were not provided, which is unexpected at this price range. The restaurant experience was also disappointing. During one meal, I found a bug in the poori. When I complained, the staff simply took it away without any proper response or apology. Most of the food items were average and lacked taste. For a property charging around ₹6,000–₹7,000 per night, the overall maintenance, service quality, and attention to guests need major improvement. The location may be good, but the experience does not justify the price. It feels highly overrated, with more focus on earning money than maintaining guest satisfaction.

    I feel I had paid decent amount, even after that, there were substandard quality of items like soaps, towels and dental kits were given. And with no hot water facilities. U don’t expect that with such highly priced property.
