    The location is good, but the overall experience has declined compared to my visit last year. Previously, an induction facility was available, but this time the staff denied it despite it being listed on the booking platform and visibly used by other guests. This inconsistency is disappointing. Cleanliness was only average and requires major improvement. The hotel needs to focus on maintaining standards and ensuring transparency in the amenities it advertises. One highlight of the stay was the poha vendor at the corner, which is definitely worth trying.

    The property may belong to the Anukampa Group, and the exterior tries hard to impress because of the commercial complex and tenants like The Fern Hotel—but don’t be fooled. That polished façade has nothing to do with the disgraceful condition of Hotel Milton. Hotel Milton is an absolute third-rate establishment with zero regard for basic hospitality standards. There are no proper amenities, no professionalism, and no effort to provide even a minimally acceptable experience. The staff behavior was outright rude—the person handling check-in came down with a manual registry like it’s decades behind, and had no sense of courtesy whatsoever. Frankly, even an average dharamshala would offer better facilities and dignity than this place. The pricing is misleading and not worth a single rupee. This property is completely unfit for families or anyone expecting basic comfort. Avoid it at all costs. Online booking platforms like Agoda and MakeMyTrip should seriously reconsider listing this hotel, as associating with such substandard properties risks damaging their own credibility
