    I am a 24 (M) who stayed alone at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. First of all, they charged an extra amount, around half the price for a day, because I had reached the destination early just a couple of hours. The staff is supportive and comes to aid instantly. BUT, it was not hygienic at all! I saw cocokroaches everywhere, in the bathroom, on the bedroom floor, and even on my bed! It appeared as though they had a hideout underneath the mattress. The room will appear clean but is unhygienic and filthy. I reported the issue and asked the staff to clean it, but I could spot a couple of coclraoched everywhere frequently. Plus, there weren't many sockets, so I had to choose between plugging in my charger or an All Out/some other machine. Since the room was unhygienic, I didn't dare enter the restaurant or order any food at all.
