    Overall i would like to say we didn't satisfied lot of issues in property like water issue, cold and tasteless food, zero maintained swimming pool, aminities and facilities missing. Facilities in room like Hair dryer, Bathrobes, Fruit basket etc missing

    Had a good family time at this resort. There was no spa and no al carte menu. Clearly I could get more kerala food in bangalore than at this resort which was disappointing. The breakfast spread was good but tasteless. The staff just did not care if you kept calling them for xtra towels. The scenic beauty at this resort is really good and worth to come here between the paddy fields. The play area and adult play zone is also good. The only issue is with the restaurant and restaurant staff. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and did not enjoy food . If u plan to stay plz do eat outside at jubilee restaurant 7km far. Apart from food and staff all is good. Not sure it's the treatment for booking via agoda or due to the resort being understaffed. Again had a gr8 family stay time. The free safari ride not exactly safari but had fun with the birds aviary where we had fun.
