    I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The biggest issue was cleanliness—the bedsheet was dirty and had hair on it, which was absolutely unhygienic. The room was also very messy, and when I asked for a bedsheet or room change, I was told only one room was available, and that too on the 3rd floor with no lift access, which was highly inconvenient. To make things worse, there was no welcome drink provided as promised, and the staff’s behavior was very casual and unprofessional. I also requested tea and food, but they never served it. One of the staff members even mentioned that the reason for the dirty bedsheet was that the room’s door was left open, which is not just strange but totally unacceptable. Basic hospitality standards were not met, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
