    The owner has tried to make it a boutique hotel but is unable to manage it. Hotel quality - Nice Ambience - Its a fairly new hotel (i believe just 4/5 months old) Air conditioning - looks like they have used second hand Air-conditioners hence absolutely no cooling. Imagine our stay in 42 degrees and without proper AC. Staff - the attendant is courteous but since insufficient manpower as it is like a one man show. Intercom - Intercom not working so you need to use mobile to call the attendant. Food - Quality is good but less variety.
