    We stayed at Moon Wings Resort, Kanthaloor for 2 nights. Since it’s a hill area, we already knew Airtel coverage wouldn’t be available, so that part was expected. But the WiFi was quite disappointing — it kept disconnecting very often and was barely usable most of the time. We also faced frequent power cuts during the stay. The electricity went on and off at least 5 times in the two days we were there, which became a little frustrating. The rooms also felt a bit old and could definitely be maintained better. What truly stood out though was the staff. Everyone was extremely warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality genuinely made a difference and made the stay feel comfortable despite the issues we faced. Overall, the place has good potential because of the people managing it, but better WiFi, stable power backup, and some room upgrades would really improve the experience.

    Extremely warm staff who are trying their best to run the facility and satisfy tourists but could do with adding more staff during peak seasons so that they don't struggle during busy times. It seems to be the common issue with most facilities in Munnar region where they are unable to support the influx of tourists. Starting with the manager Regin, staff were very warm as I said. Would recommend this
