    I had an excellent stay at this hotel with great ambiance at such an economical rate . The facilities are well maintained and staff ever cooperative. Best hotel for solo travelers.

    ​Failure to Provide Advertised Amenities: The room lacked functional air conditioning/Wi-Fi/hot water as explicitly promised at the time of booking. ​Substandard Hygiene and Safety Conditions: Unsanitary conditions in the bathroom/room cleanliness did not meet basic health and safety standards. ​Service Deficiency:Staff were unresponsive to repeated requests to remedy these issues during my stay. ​Due to these deficiencies, the hotel failed to deliver the standard of accommodation for which consideration (payment) was provided. As a result, my stay was severely disrupted, causing significant inconvenience and discomfort.
