Good himalayan views ,hotel on steep height

It was a great experience. Food was nice and location is superb!! Nitin and Pawan were great at their part. They helped a lot with all the process. Had a great time.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was highly disappointed with the overall experience. Although the property is situated in a beautiful and promising location and the rooms are spacious, the management and upkeep leave a lot to be desired. The room and washroom were extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained. The bathroom was dirty, the shower was not working, and the commode was clearly not sanitized. The bedsheets, pillows, and blankets were unclean, and the bathroom foot mat was dusty and unusable — definitely not something you'd want to step on after a bath. Basic amenities were missing in the room — there was no center table or luggage rack. Even the extra bed provided came without a blanket or bedsheet. The television was very small, more like a computer monitor, and the cable connection didn’t work at all. The dining and kitchen areas had a strong unpleasant odor. Food quality and presentation were poor, no tissue papers were served with the meals, and the drinking glasses were neither clean nor covered. They served me black coffee in a glass. To make matters worse, there was no first aid kit available — a basic and essential requirement in any hotel. The staff appeared unprofessional, and it was evident that mismanagement and cost-cutting are severely affecting what could otherwise be a great hotel. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving cleanliness, staff professionalism, and basic guest facilities.
