I had one of my worst hotel experiences at Hotel Palash Inn. From the moment we arrived, the service was shockingly poor and the staff seemed completely untrained and indifferent. Basic hospitality was missing.
Rooms were not clean – stained bedsheets, dusty furniture, and a foul smell made the stay uncomfortable. The food quality was below average, with delayed and cold meals served without any courtesy or apology.
Despite multiple complaints, the management did not bother to respond or resolve issues. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.
Would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options available in the same budget range. Avoid if you value your comfort, cleanliness, and service.
