    Located in a residential area, right opposite to the Gariahat police station - This property is definitely a good option for those who visit Kolkata for a few days stay. Metro is within 1 KM, while the famous Gariahat market is just a few steps away. The food is also good, with courteous staff.

    Bad experience, never go for agoda booking, horrible stay. We vacated the rooms on 31 st before 11 am. While our check out date 1st August.For that advance full payment has been made.

    Recently I booked this stay for my parents. Initially I was sceptical how it is going to be. To my surprise every thing turned out to be amazing. Say its facility, its location or staff behaviour, everything was just too good. Best part was staff behaviour which i personally give weightage over everything. Definitely a 5 star from my side.

    This was my 2nd visit in total in this hotel, for 1 day stay. Overall not happy with my stay. Only postive about this hotel is its location which is undoubtedly unmatched considering Gariahat crossing within 100meter. Remaining nothing met my expectations. 1. I paid highly inflated booking charges and above this I had to pay extra for early check-in which is normally waived off. So for a budget hotel I paid a premium price and even after multiple request no amount was waived off. 2. Overall room condition, toilet condition, beddings(pls. see the attached images) were average. 3. During checkout no formal receipt was given even after request, and when I am writing this review i have not received the receipt. This highlights how loosely customer request are neglected. As my first stay was great considering reasonable price, staffs behaviour and its proximity to Gariahat this time I missed all these.
