    The location of the property is absolutely stunning – fresh snowfall just before our check-in made the surroundings look magical and the overall ambience felt very refreshing. I would rate the location 5★ without hesitation. However, there is significant scope for improvement in the quality of food and the level of service. The dining experience did not meet expectations, and service responsiveness needs considerable attention. Overall, a beautiful property with immense potential, but improvements in food quality and service standards would greatly enhance the guest experience.

    The property offers excellent value for money and is perfectly located. Have an excellent views of snow mointains. The staff were helpful but need some improvement in cleanliness, otherwise positive aspects of the stay

    We found the property quite basic lacking most standard amenities offered by similarly priced 5-star hotels. Food choices were next to nothing, hardly any recreational activities, the approach road was akin to off roading. We’re not coming back here again.
