Staff was so polite, friendly, supportive and professional. Rooms were too clean and all the amenities mentioned was perfectly working. Best affordable and comfortable hotel in amritsar, don't seek for hotels near golden temple, those are overrated. This hotel is near to golden temple complex and perfect for budget trips

We were staying in this property for a day with family in which we booked 2 deluxe rooms and 1 triple superior room. The two deluxe room was very good. The bed was comfy, the A.C. was good, T.V. was working in both the deluxe rooms but the triple deluxe I will not recommend because the bedsheets were dirty, the tap of washbasin was not working.
Important: I will not recommend to order any food item from this hotel because they charge much higher than it written on the menu, instead of that go for nearest restaurant or dhabas. Otherwise it worth it for stay only.
