Upon check-in, we were shocked to find the rooms in an unacceptable condition — extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. The staff on duty was rude, unhelpful, and even misguiding, which made the situation worse.
Despite our attempts to settle in, we were unable to sleep the entire night due to severe mosquito infestation and the overall filth throughout the room. To make matters even more distressing, at one point the room went completely dark, leaving us in a blackout with no power in the rooms with my small child frightened and crying. This was not just inconvenient — it was a horrifying experience for our family.
I truly regret choosing this property, and I am shocked that a hotel in such deplorable condition is listed on Agoda. This experience has not only caused us significant discomfort but has also raised serious concerns about the quality and verification standards followed for listed accommodations.
I request you to take this matter seriously and initiate appropriate seek a full refund for this unacceptable experience.
